Permit the client to cancel contracts within three business days and provide a refund upon such cancellation;
Provide clients with copies of all documents submitted to the government on their behalf;
Tell all clients that the consultant is not an attorney and cannot provide legal services; and
Keep all documents and forms for three years and provide them to the client on demand and without a fee.
